Qigong at CASI

The Yi Jing Jing (Muscle and Tendon Changing Classic) is a qigong exercise set of 12 movements that focus on the health of the joints, muscles, and tendons. The Yi Jing Jing will help you feel more strength, flexibility, and balance. Free for CASI mentors and $10 for community.
